SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

The RPGPundit's Own Forum Rules
This part of the site is controlled by the RPGPundit. This is where he discusses topics that he finds interesting. You may post here, but understand that there are limits. The RPGPundit can shut down any thread, topic of discussion, or user in a thread at his pleasure. This part of the site is essentially his house, so keep that in mind. Note that this is the only part of the site where political discussion is permitted, but is regulated by the RPGPundit.

Is this spell going to work?

QuoteBinding does not generate the potential negative blowback to the caster’s karma.

There is so much wrong with that sentence, I don't even know where to start

As for your question: no, of course not. That isn't magick, it's roleplaying.

noman

No.  They were trying to do this during the Republican primaries, and again during the general election.  Add to that the smear campaign by the media and Republican establishment.

Modern American Wicca has spent a lot of time trying to convince everyone they're not satanists.  Now, they're ruining whatever credit they may have earned over the decades with this silly shit.

Same chances as any other spell. If he trips and breaks his neck on that day, no doubt the spell worked. If he does not, obviously the potent black magic of Arch-Necromancer Mike Pence protected him.

They mention spirts of air and fire.  You said those were inportant right?

I did an article about this. Well, not this but similar stuff from the election.

The left has the shittiest occult people. They're pathetic.  The right has some real pieces of work too, mind you.

Ironically, probably the most powerful occult force in the election was (originally) entirely accidental: Kek.

Skepticism aside, this is exactly correct.  Most of the "pro" magicians I knew made it clear to me that if they did a magical working, they didn't talk about it.  They sure as hell didn't announce it publicly.

They're "binding" Trump.  This could be twisted and interpreted to mean nearly anything.  As an American president, it's inevitable that he's going to find his agenda stopped, blocked, slowed, etc. as a result of governmental balance of powers (his "Muslim ban" being blocked by the courts, for example).

These idiot witches will perform their binding and wait.  Sooner or later, Trump will have something else show up to limit his power, as a natural outcome of how our government is supposed to work.  When this happens, they can claim "See!  Our binding worked!"  This serves to reinforce the self-created delusion of their own, non-existent magical power.  The real point of the binding ritual isn't to stop Trump, it's to support their own delusions and fortify the fantasies they've created for themselves.

I think the occult tends to attract people with polarised views either way. You wouldn't likely get an occultists with a centrist position on most issues anyway.
I pretended that a picture of a toddler was representative of the Muslim Migrant population to Europe and then lied about a Private Message I sent to Pundit when I was admonished for it.  (Edited by Admin)

That's mostly true. Apart from a few people so drawn into their own personal obsessions that nothing else matters to them.
