This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.
The RPGPundit's Own Forum Rules
This part of the site is controlled by the RPGPundit. This is where he discusses topics that he finds interesting. You may post here, but understand that there are limits. The RPGPundit can shut down any thread, topic of discussion, or user in a thread at his pleasure. This part of the site is essentially his house, so keep that in mind. Note that this is the only part of the site where political discussion is permitted, but is regulated by the RPGPundit.

“I expected that I was paying this fortune, all this time and energy, to learn how to think. But they are forcing you to think the way they want you to think,” Park told Fox News. “I realized, wow, this is insane. I thought America was different but I saw so many similarities to what I saw in North Korea that I started worrying.”

I didn't realize she had an interview with JP.  Thanks Pundit.

Apart from all the apalling things she went through, a little part of that interview actually made me slightly happy. When asked about which classes she actually liked in university, which was not infused too much with social justice, she mentions the human evolution course that she took. That's the kind of thing that I teach :) (albeit at a different university)

Along these lines, a young woman who grew up in Africa talks about some of the similarites she percieves between the current US situation and African situations.

The notion of an exclusionary and hostile RPG community is a fever dream of zealots who view all social dynamics through a narrow keyhole of structural oppression.

Unfortunately, this isn't new. I went to college back in the stone age of the late 80s and international students from Africa and Latin America would hear some leftist bullshit noise (sooo mild compared to today) on campus and their responses were priceless.
