It's, quite simply, a game where you kill obviously-evil gnomes. There are a few problems, to do with the fact that whoever made it has no idea how dangerous gnomes really are.
At best, it's made off of distorted rumours.
But, there seems to slowly be material out there that does depict gnomes as the evil they are.
