This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Suggested Header Formats
« on: March 08, 2013, 08:43:41 PM »
This is only in the category of friendly advice: since the subjects on this forum cover a number of specific topics, its recommended that you please try to put the following headers on your thread-subjects, depending on what you're talking about:

1. If you're talking about something specific to the Amber RPG, put the header [Amber] at the start:
ie. "[Amber] What's the deal with Benedict's arm?"

2. If you're talking about a subject related to Lords of Olympus, put the header [LoO] at the start:
ie "[LoO] Dionysius reminds me of Nyarlathotep!"

3. If you're talking about something related to Lords of Gossamer and Shadow, use the header [LoGaS] at the start:
ie. "[LoGaS] Where can I buy this?"

4. If you're talking about some other theoretical game based on the Diceless RPG rules that should come out in future, please use a similar acronym-style header.

5. If you're talking about a subject that could apply to any of the various games based on the Diceless RPG rules, put the header [Diceless], or optionally use no header.
ie. "How do you simulate random encounters?"

6.  If you're talking about Erick Wujcik's life or works, or his other RPGs, use the header [Wujcik]; if its a specific other game of his you could also use the acronym for that game, ie. [TMNT].

That is all.
