This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Seeking Chicago based Amber players

I'm currently looking for players interested in starting an Amber campaign in the Chicago (preferably South-but I know Amber players will travel) area. If you are interested, or know someone who is, please pass that info to me... I've gone without my ADRP fix for too long now.
I saw someone else's post on-line else where on the web, but liked it so much (as it's what i'm looking for) I decided to use his words.

Are you tired of munchkins and powergamers with absolutely no character?!?!?
The only things I look for are: 1. ROLE players not ROLL players 2. Sense of Humor 3. Appreciation of sarcasm 4. The players give each other common courtesy 5. A desire to have fun. I stick with the rules until the point that it will hamper the story or ruin the player's fun at the moment, I am flexible but try to stay as consistent as possible.

This is consistent w/ the level of gaming I'm looking for. 1 bad player can ruin a campaign, and I adhere to and request high standards.

I'd like to GM but am more than willing to play and give someone else the headache. Even better, I'd like to find a co-GM to develop a campaign with.

Please feel free to inundate me w/requests. :keke:
