This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

The streets are quiet and mostly empty on the walk back to the hotel - no one catches Alexander's eye along the way.

The desk clerk beckons to Gideon on their return. "Señor, the travel agency sent the brochures you requested," he says politely, holding up a manila envelope.

Retiring to one of the agents' rooms, the contents of the envelope include ferry tickets from Algeciras to Tangier with a departure time of 0830, $200.00 in Moroccan dirhams and $300.00 in U.S. currency, three separate reservations at the Hotel Continental - one for each agent - and the name and telephone number of a car rental agency in Tangier - the latter reservation is in Gideon's name as well. Last is a business card for a travel agency in Algeciras, with the telephone number underlined in ballpoint pen.

"Well, I think that the best course of action is to split the funds, and prepare our luggage. I don't think that we can contact with the travel agency here before we catch the ferry. No business in Spain opens before 9 AM but for banks and newstands. But if it is underlined..."

Alexander intends to go outside and walk a bit, looking for a phone booth to try the underlined phone number. He will do so unless one of his mates objects.

Slipping out of the hotel, Alexander finds a phone booth a short distance down the block. A call to then number on the business card connects with an answering machine, with outgoing messages in Spanish, English, and French asking the caller to leave a message and the call will be returned as soon as possible.

Alexander will leave a short message announcing that they have found the travel arrangements in order, and that the rooms are OK. Also, the trip will continue according to schedule, so they expect all accomodations to be in order.

After that Alexander will get back to the room and tell his mates about the number: "It seems that this number will be useful to leave reports. I've left a short message telling the agency that all is going well. I'd advise everyone to memorize this number."

Unless his mates want to discuss something, Alexander will check his luggage and get some rest before catching the ferry.

Mr. Kent

Gideon memorizes the number as he finishes packing, then tries to catch some sleep before leaving.

Slade nods and memorizes the number before settling in for sleep. He calls down to the front desk and places a request for an early morning wake-up call.

Checking with the hotel clerk in the morning, the closest car rental is the Europcar office near the ferry terminal, and a phone call arranges a car for hire.

However, the ferry tickets provided are for passengers only, and another call to the Trasmediterránea ticket office indicates that space for a vehicle won't be available until the 1030 ferry - a helpful young lady says there's no problem switching the tickets for the later sailing if necessary, which is expected to arrive in Tangier between 1230 and 1300.

Alexander is cool with changing tickets, if that means they will have their own vehicle.

Slade thanks the helpful young lady and heads out and picks up the rental car.

Making a stop at one of the local shops he purchases a screw driver and some bits and a short time later has both the weapons and ammo secured inside the car's door frame (and his his team-mate's weapons as well - if desired). He then stows the screw driver and bits carefully away in the tire tool kit in the car's boot.

After checking out of the hotel, he loads the group's luggage into the boot and waits for his team-mates to hop in for the quick drive over to the ferry. Once they and the car are safely aboard the ferry, he will relax and have a smoke on the observation deck.

OOC - Just let me know how much money to deduct for the rental and the tools.
