This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Savage Worlds /Slipstream PbP Game Recruiting

Welcome to Slipstream!

I'm recruiting for a play by post game at my blogsite, Scions of Slipstream.

The game will utilize the Savage Worlds ruleset, and will be set in the pocket universe setting of Slipstream.

The game will take place at my blog in the comments section as opposed to a message board. The blog format will allow for the narrative of the action to be cleaned up and presented in a more organized fashion.

Slipstream has been out for awhile now, and it seems perfect for SW. It is 30's style pulp space fantasy action (think Flash Gordon), with plenty of opportunities for swashbuckling, derring do, and rocket pack flying.

I would like four players. Ownership of the Explorers Edition of the Savage Worlds rules would help but the Test Drive rules version 6 will do in a pinch. Ownership of Slipstream is not required; I plan on running the Plot Point campaign included in the book. I will provide the appropriate player's guide to Slipstream for my players.

Hi Alvordian,
I am interested in playing your Slipstream game. Although I am not familiar with the Savage Worlds system, I can learn quickly. Please let me know what type of characters you need for your game and I will choose one of those.
