This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Drawing myself up and planting my feet wide I size up the orc before replying, in Orcish " Your words are like a wind in my ear. I abide by the tenets of Charlathan. Other then that, I am my own !" as I keep my eyes locked on the brute for a few moments then...

I turn to look closely at the Hobbit" Aye, Gareth is known to me. How do you know of him in this shadow realm ?"

Runch can clearly see the Orc having a reaction of doubt when he mentions Charlathan, as if he believed Orcs like himself to not worship these kinds of gods, for whatever reason.

The hobbit, on the other hand, answers to him as best he can: "Well. I have been trapped here for... oh... I don't know how long. I was trying to get through an iron door, I remember, and then... then I was here, on the dais. I just came to my senses when Gareth and his friend Rissthil woke me from my torpor. I was just standing there in the round chamber, looking at the paintings. I don't know how long..."

"Hmmm...are Gareth and Rissthil lurk'n about?" as I look around, half expecting to see them emerge from the shadows.

"Rissthil is back there (the hobbit points in the opposite direction, towards the room west of Runch's current position). He is unconscious. Gareth, ... Well. Gareth disappeared a little while ago. I would have hoped you could tell us what happened to him?"

Just as the hobbit is done asking his question, Runch can feel some kind of dizziness coming over him. He closes his eyes instinctively. He feels his brother close, very close, and could reach him if only he let go...

Does Runch let go, or does he try to fight the dizziness overtaking him at the moment?
