SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Would it still be OK for me to join this thing? I've never PbP'd nor played S&W (I've played a lot of 0e, though), but I'd like to try both. This short dungeon style of thing would be just the thing. Sorry I didn't see the recruitment post before, but I've just read the OC thread and I think I can do that. What do you say?

ETA: I've got only the free downloads, and I can't really pay for the rest right now. Hope that's OK.

The main problem with government is the difficulty of pressing charges against its directors.

Given a choice of two out of three M&Ms, the human brain subconsciously tries to justify the two M&Ms chosen as being superior to the M&M not chosen.

Cool. So, invisible castle. Is that 3d6 in order, and if it sucks then another one, and you're stuck? Did I get that right?

By the S&W base rules, it's 3d6 in order and you play what you roll.

The only house rules so far are new races and classes. Anything more will only be added if there's a genuine need.

Oh cool! Well i'll have to let her know then, though something tells me that she might end up playing as a big orc woman instead.

Looks good to me - Yes, you do get those four different spells. I'll give you an intro post.
