Title: NAVY Officer Template good Engineer

HI!
I was looking through the GURPS Traveller templates & it looks like the NAVY Officer's Template is a good Engineer. Let's hear it for the NAVY!

Man, I'd kinda run it but I wouldn't use GURPS.  No offense -- I like the game, and I own a good...what, 3 feet of it?  I just can't get in the spirit for GURPS these last few years, though, and the Little Black Books, I find, are where my Traveller heart resides.
