Link walked silently through Faron Woods with the soft whistle of the wind in his ears. His blue eyes glowed slightly in the dark, and he held his sword tightly, ready to swing at an attacker.

The Terminator stomped noisily through the Faron Woods, his cold logical AI calculating what possible accidents of time travel could have brought him to this seeming alternate dimension. The wind gently caressed his lifeless synthetic flesh as his glowing red eyes scanned the foliage. He gripped his machine gun tightly, poised to unleash a maelstrom of hot lead at the first living being to cross his path. Suddenly his sensors begin to alert and he finds himself standing across from some sort of humanoid creature. "Some sort fairy"? He pauses, judging possible courses of action, and then "where is John Connor? Also I need your clothes your boots and your motorcycle".

OOC: I know it said Zelda and whatever, but I think a Terminator is much more interesting here

Silently swinging through the trees, high above the forest floor Tarzan peered down far below. "What are these strange man-things?" Tarzan settled, panther like, on a branch and watched as the oddly stilted one made man-speech with the child. Tarzan didn't understand but was intrigued. He would wait and watch events unfold.

Link glanced at the person approaching him, who of which he had never seen before. He braced himself, confused by what he was asking.

The machine pauses, "what year is this?" It drones in its monotone vaguely Austrian accent.

OOC: this thread just took its first step toward epicness. Now if only we could get someone in here as Gandalf. Oh and as a new poster, welcome, lot of good discussion about table top rpgs here.
