They ran because they had too much debt and were frankly scamming people.  You got to give the mummy banker credit because he didn't pay these shills, but it seems he was the only smart man in town.

Further investigation has revealed that these con artists had fled to the north where the road is rocky.  That is going to be trouble since your car cannot travel through such a rough terrain.  Well wait there is a mad scientist in town...

(We could stop passive tests if you want to.)

The home of the mad scientist is a tower with a warehouse attach to it as a garage.  There is a lightning rod at the tower with cable rods which hooks up to the warehouse.  You can safely assume when lightning strikes its power is directed to the warehouse.  

You walk up to the front door to see a sign that says, "Service at the garage."

Approaching the warehouse you see a massive garage that fits in two monster trucks.  You see a old short man on a ladder working underneath one of these massive beasts of a vehicle.

Shawshank is too deep inside the monster truck to hear you.  His assistant, however, is at the table collecting calls.  A huge Frankenstein of a man.  Seriously he could probably punch through brick walls, but instead he chosen a simple desk job.  That massive monster made of several human body parts look at you and says, "He can't hear you.  Any thing you need?"

Sorry I was gone for a few days.  My DNS was failing me and took me four days to get that fix.  I am seriously hoping that the issues is fix.

*You yank the right plug, but it sends some electricity over to where Shawshank is working on.  You, your deputy, and the frankenstien hear the scientist yell in pain as the scientist falls to the ground.  Thankfully he is alive and getting up.  Though he is piss off.*
