OOC: Does Denny know who the Titan Protectorate and Concordat are?

(Yes, as basic history knowledge--Titan Protectorate is government in this "region" of space, a handful of planets including Qetesh. Denny's homeworld Kazo is a "provisional territory" of the Protectorate. Here's ye olde wiki I need to update soon. Concordat hasn't been super relevant in the game so far, but they're the religious faction that seceded from the Protectorate some time ago. They're sort of in Cold War mode.)

Denny:
S'MOOV shakes her head. "No...I have a certain window of time before they get a bead on me. Probably a few hours, at best. If I can get to Humbaba...I can get it deactivated permanently..."

Blinov:
The guards you've seen and the one that escorted you all work for the Jessup amphitheater. They generally seem attentive, but the one who led you here was indifferent and possibly bribeable. Any security staff that arrived on the planet with the tour are keeping a low profile.

Jolene:
You recall you once heard Cousin Ralphie tell a story about his celly stowing away with the laundry--made it to the Outer Yard before being caught. Of course, another inmate tried that trick the week after. Accidentally got inside the laundry's DISCARD bin and ended up in the incinerator...

However, the way your Auntie Mayfly tells it (Ralphie's mom and herself a veteran of Waldo) camouflage would be the way to go. Laundry works, industrial equipment or vehicles if you lay hands on 'em...

(Coincidentally, what is the legal status of The Rydell Family in general? Does Jojo have a lot of relatives behind bars? I'm sure she and Blinov could swap stories about the many people they know on Waldo )

So, whose for combining Jo's laundry plan with bribing a guard to seal the deal?

Any large carts we could hide S'MOOV in lying around?

On the way to the room you saw some large cases, likely for audio equipment--one might be large enough for S'MOOV to fit within. There could be more cases in the other dressing rooms. S'MOOV has a crate for her synths in her room that is much too small to hide her.

"I think the operative idea here's camouflage, as I reckon a concert ain't doin' much in the way of laundry right after a show'n all." Starts typing up on her compad for any public map layouts of this arena. "That and the last thing I want is for us to end up in an incinerator."

"S'MOOV, sweety, ya think I can access a digital map of this here arena's blueprint layout without triggerin' all sorts of security warnin's?"

Denny

Denny takes some quick measurements of the sound equipment crates...

"Are you closterphobic Smoov?"

OOC: We could also pack her in one of the sound crates and pretend to be part of the stage-hands...wheel her right out to the pickup

Jolene:
Smoov nods. "I think it shouldn't be a problem," she says, and sure enough she brings a shematic up on yout pad. It's primarily for fire-exits and isn't fully labeled, but it'll have to do.

Denny:
Smoov shakes her head. "No, I don't really mind tight spaces...why?" she asks. "Oh...I see. Well, if you think that'll work best..."

"Won't people expect S'MOOV to wander 'round more than us, Denny? We'd need staff ID, and maybe weeks of integration, to get away with wanderin' round like a goat."

"Ooh, wait, maybe there's small time contractors doin' business for the arena! Let's all take a look and decide which'll be easiest. I sorta want a nice costume, maybe one with a cute logo for the pickup..."

Jolene:
"Hm...perhaps either the maintenance staff or the caterers would work?" Smoov guesses. "Caterers are probably prepping for the afterparty..."

"I got this," says Blinov. "I'll head over to the caterers and secure a food cart or something. I'll assess the guards' readiness and positions while I'm at it too."

Here is a general map of the amphitheater region. At the moment, you're somewhere around the "a" in "Backstage"

Blinov heads out the service entrance to find the things mentioned in the previous post.

"Sounds Good, I'll go pull up the pickup to the backof the service entrance..."

Blinov:
The caterers are busily prepping for the after-party. The food they're preparing--it's more decadent than anything served in your home hood on Shaddai. And this is just finger-food to these people...

There is no security where the caterers are prepping, so it's not hard to steal away a cart with minimal fuss.

There are two armed men at the service entrance. They're wearing long jackets, and don't seem to be the same security as the men inside the amphitheater. These must be with the tour. Their laser pistols are sitting in chest-holsters, clearly visible beneath their coats.

Denny:
Which exit are you using to go get the truck?

Denny heads back out to the main Entrance of the concert hall to exit to the parking lot, trying to mingle with The Public and look incospicious...
