The party acts now.
Random makes a go at the wolf that attacked him, vengeance seems to be the order of the day. He swings his mace at the rider (2) but misses by a wide margin!
Sander takes a swipe of his blade at the wolf that bit Jem (
but he misses as well.
Esgalan fires his bow at a rider but he misses as well (6)
Bill also fires his weapon aiming (I assume) at a rider. (3) However he too misses his target!
This round has been most unkind to the party, as they seem unable to mount an effective counter.
The goblins and their canine allies now act.
The wolf that attacked Jem last round presses forward, smelling blood from his previous success. (7) However Jem is a bit too willy for him and he snaps at thin air.
Our other riderless foewolf makes another pass at John (
but is as unsuccessful as possible.
The goblin rider that attacked Random last round sees his success against Random and howls in excitement. He couches his spear and sets forward, (19) the tip of the weapon buries itself deep within Random (4). Random is gravely wounded but lives, his chance to survive the next wound is cut in half and he will require serious medical attention! (11% which survives his Con check, a 2d6 roll of 5 which indicates a fairly serious wound reducing his chance to survive further punishment all as given in the house rules).
Esgalans attacker thrusts out from his mount with his spear (16) and his weapon finds a home (4)! Due to his peculiar hardiness the elf is obviously not stricken down by the blow (no percentile needed) but he is wounded deeply (7) and his odds of surviving another blow are not as sure and he too could stand some time with a doctor. (50% chance to survive next blow).
The wolves being used as mounts do not attack.
Our heroes are bloodied and momentum seems to be turning against them. It is their turn to act.
