"Phen, what's going on?  What the heck is happening here?"  She takes hold of his arm to get his attention.  Her heart slamming and verging on complete panic.

She lets go of his arm to reach up a place a hand on Winston.  Hoping if she can calm him it will take some of the fear from her own mind.

She turns and looks at the house.  "If they're a bunch of wannabes, why would they take on the governor.  And that guy that ran off said his family was being threatened."  She turns back to Phen.   "I thought the governor had his own guards.  Where are they?"
