Layla walks to the door, waiting to see if Winston is going to react.  Either way they were heading for big trouble.  She looks back at Phen. "What do you think? You want to keep going or try the other door?

PHEN

Phen quickly opens the door, after all Winston didn't react...everything must be fine...No sooner did he open it then a loud clanging and shuffling happens as brooms mops and buckets fall out of the Closet Phen just opened...And One Awkwardly shaped Mop Handle hit's him in the head...

Layla drops to a defensive crouch and looks at Phen.  "Are you ok"?

PHEN

"Of Course" He says as he rubs his head...

"Well that's what happens when I pick where to go... Now it's your turn...we can go further down this hall or go to the right "

"We may as well get this over with." She replies"lets go see what we're up against."  She readies her new sword in her hand and takes a deep breath.

As you and Phen take the corner to the right, you come across a Bedroom...It looks pretty ransacked as well...mostly bits of paper are everywhere....

"Wow"  Layla looks around in awe.  "Nice place....or it would be if someone hadn't trashed it.  Looks like whoever was here took off pretty quick.   Well lets keep going...."

As you are about to exit the bedroom you hear footsteps in the hallway... you see Phen Stop, and slowly try to hide, though how he's going to manage that in his armor...you don't know... meanwhile  *click *clack *click go the foosteps...

Layla crouches behind the door, ready for a fight. She looks at Phen for direction.  Winston starts shaking.

As you take cover you over hear two distinct voices

" ... The boss says we've been here to long"

" well I ain't found nuttin yet cept this here drawin' .... And it's like you said... Just something i've never seen before"

" gimme that"

" Hey I found that first ! I'ma gunna turn that in to da Boss Lady..."

You hear the sound of a blade a un-sheathing

" come and get it then you pathetic fool... The governor's going to be unconcious soon anyway, and nothing is going to matter"

" a'right you da boss den"

Layla raises an eyebrow at Phen. Boss Lady?  " Id like to get a look at that map"  she whispers to him.   "Ready when you are, lets get this over with"

PHEN

Upon hearing the blade come out Phen Turn's the corner of the bedroom, back out into the hallway with his sword drawn...fairly certain he only heard the two sets of footprints.

Phen Set's his eyes on the Dumber of the two... and swings straight down with his sword..as he does so you see the glint of some serious armor on these two guys..they're definately trained soldiers...Phen's sword glances off the Dumbo's armor... Layla comes up behind Phen, and the Smarter of the two Bandit's didn't see Layla Coming...her shiny new sword sticks into his shoulder causing a serious bleeding wound....Taken aback his strick is easily deflected by Layla, and the Dumber of the two's swords glances off Phen's armor....Phen swipes again but it's deflected....Layla's new sword is starting to feel a little heavy and she misses her next swing at smartypants.... Smartypants sword finds layla's side and causes a deep gash....Every one's next attack misses...this battle is getting intense and tiring.... Phen gives one last harumph! and Brings down stabs his sword finding a weakness in his opponent's armor and stabs straight through to his heart dropping him..... Layla's sword find the wound again on her opponent making bleed out, and finally fall to the ground...as he does so you see a piece of parchment with  this on it....








you've never seen anything like this....

Layla had never seen anything like the drawing.  "What is this"?  She folds the paper and tucks it into her shirt.  "I guess we'll spend time time on it later.  Lets finish this." Looking around she carefully continues down the hallway, mindful of danger.

As you continue on the way you were originally going you come to a small corridor you don't hear anything specifically. there's a door on your left a hallway straight, and a hallway to your right...what do you do

"Lets check the door first."  Layla tells Phen.   "I need to find a bandage for my cut."
