This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Does anybody play WtA anymore?

Hey all,
Looking to play an online chat based, or play by post Werewolf the Apocalypse game... anyone know of one running. I wouldn't mind playing a Fera character as well.... Thanks

I could run a play-by-post game for you.

I freaking love Werewolf. Totally down with a play-by-post.

Rock it Doc Sammy. I am sure we could get some other players here too.

Hell yeah! Mind if we use the original First Edition rules for that old-school feel? I have Werewolf 1e on hard copy, though I also have W20 on PDF. However, regardless of what edition we use, we will NOT be recognizing the metaplot. So in other words, Revised never happened in my games.

In fact, I'm wanting to run some old-school 1e Classic World of Darkness games on here for a while using the early rules and fluff from that era. Chiefly Vampire and Werewolf, though I could also try Mage and even Street Fighter.

All my first and second edition Werewolf stuff was lost to water damage and mold but my Revised edition stuff was stored elsewhere and survived.  I'm not sure I really get play-by-post games though.  I have joined a few in the hopes of lurking for the first part to see what people do but I couldn't because they never went anywhere.

You're actually going to run that game?  You're a brave soul.

Yeah, I'll run some 1e Werewolf. I don't like Revised. Too much metaplot.

I don't have the 1e books any more.  I would need help making a character.
