I am of the firm belief that angry internet people don't matter anywhere near how much they believe they do, and that catering to angry internet people often causes more problems than it solves.

Less time protecting stuff, and more time producing good stuff, would perhaps be more useful for their bottom line.

Some companies with their IP remind me of landlords who will never repair or sell their condemned properties but just occasionally send a security guard around to scare off squatters.

Such a waste.
