This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

I just remember that was your handle back when you used to post on rpg.net. Didn't realize the name was retired. Well, glad we agree on something!
Looking for your old-school fantasy roleplaying fix? Don't despair...Fight On!

Could the tables from 1e be adapted to 2e and put online somewhere? Granted it'd have to be fudged on coin values and some magic items may not exist in 2e.

Hrm, this or converting magic items from 1e, a good topic for Liber Fanatica or similar?

Right. This document has been sent to BI and should be put up on the fan material section this coming Friday. It covers only v2 material and i take no responsibility for any threads that arise in response to it! :D

You never know. Actually, feedback is normally pretty minimal. I've given some thoughts about scaling the giving of treasure depending on your style of play, so hopefully things will be nice and civilised.

No problemo.

The "disgusting stuff"; "knicknacks" and "Items" are great; I think the "valuables table" is useful.

It would also have been very good to have had some tables for random money; also, the magic items table was fairly limited, but then that's probably due to how few magic items there are in 2e.

Cheers. Yeah, i did mean to add something on random money, but it didn't make the cut. I do plan to send updates every now and then, so that as stuff is released (or i come up with more disgusting stuff or valuables!), it can be improved upon.

Luckily, so far, it has been recieved reasonably well. So i see no reason why a random money chart can't be added later on.

RPGPundit

Well received? Is there a discussion thread going on somewhere (other than here I mean)?
