I created a spreadsheet for hirelings that includes all the ones from the 1E DMG, except for spies and sages since those are special cases. I also included a few from Dragon Magazine. If you download it HERE as an .xlsx you should be able to edit according to your needs. It will add up monthly pay rates as well. The larger your retinue, the handier this becomes.
