Yep, that's a nice little feature. Note that Robert's generator is Paul Gorman's (devilghost) with some additions to support Supplement 4 - Citizens of the Imperium and some check boxes to incorporate some of the options). My version of the generator was linked to as "Traveller Character Generator" above and has a few enhancements that Paul hasn't picked up in his hosting yet. I plan on eventually merging in Robert's additions with some additional customization.

Because it's just Javascript and runs in the browser, you can host it yourself anywhere that you can host raw html web pages.
