Title: [Traveller] Maps of starports, cities, facilities, etc.
Post by: K Peterson on October 05, 2016, 06:04:27 PM
What's a good source for maps of Traveller highports, downports, cities, various facilities, etc? Specifically for starfaring cultures, - so TL9+. And, I don't necessarily mean exhaustively-detailed maps. They could be sections of a downport that you could stitch together during sessions, or some rough guidelines of a futuristic city-layout.

I've got a few random Scifi Rpgs (Blue Planet v2, Heavy Gear, Alternity, etc.) that I could pillage some maps and diagrams from. I was curious if anyone could suggest new or old Scifi Rpg products that might include maps of higher-TL structures and civilizations.

There is an open source Traveller Society on drivethrurpg.com which may have some maps on there. I've not checked recently, but they do have some useful content on there.

You're talking this stuff (http://www.drivethrurpg.com/browse/pub/45/Mongoose/subcategory/161_25550/Travellers-Aid-Society), right? I didn't see anything that fit the bill with a cursory glance. Thanks for the help, though.

I'll cross-post over at CotI and see if I can get any bites.

Look at the artists websites and Patreons. I know that Ian Stead and Wayne Peters have both made some starports.
