Running: Pathfinder

Planning: Two or three sessions of Paranoia at some point, a homebrew that really should be written to paper before I forget some details, and a one shot Pathfinder game for few people that don't smell and are curious about tabletop RPGs.

I'd like to incorporate hex maps into my future games, any help would be appreciated.

Running: Nothing right now (busy with work and between campaigns)

Planning]: Most likely Call of Cthulhu, hopefully Masks of Nyarlathotep after 1-2 'start up' sessions, to start in January.

There is a possibility that I might instead (or also) run either (a) a Middle-earth campaign, or (b) and OpenQuest game set in my homebrew setting.

Planning: Pax Novus Roma, a 0D&D Roman Science/Fantasy campaign, and a Star Wars Saga Edition Outer Rim campaign.
Blackmoor grew from a single Castle to include, first, several adjacent Castles (with the forces of Evil lying just off the edge of the world to an entire Northern Province of the Castle and Crusade Society's Great Kingdom.

Planning: I do have a HUGE backlog of games I want to run or play, but precious little time. After the Traveller mini-campaign wraps up, I might try my hand at running anything from D&D RC to Vampire: the Requiem to Eclipse Phase.
