A lot of the most entertaining sessions I can recall were when one player couldn't roll a success to save their life.

We had one recent game where one of my players was playing a character who had a power to manipulate fire. Her difficulty roll to do this was fairly low, but in a roughly 12-session-long campaign she wasn't able to succeed at it even once. It became a massive element of comic relief in the history.
