Game stats for Jesus

Yup, someone went there.

3rd Edition/Pathfinder stats for 4 interpretations of Jesus.

One for the Jefferson Bible/Unitarian Universalism Jesus (Chaotic Good scholarly guy with no special powers); another for the Mortal Ministry Jesus (during his 'mortal' life on Earth pre-crucifixion); Day of Judgment Jesus (when he's dividing all the people of the nations for worthiness of entering God's Kingdom); and Prince of Peace Jesus (post-Tribulation when God comes to live among the mortals on Earth).

I actually did a review for this elsewhere.  I found it to be overall average.  It's not trying to be "edgy" or forming hare-brained schemes where the party kills Jesus, nor is it an attempt to convert gamers to the faith.  It's made by a guy who says that since real-world deities have game stats in products such as Legends & Lore, the Abrahamic deity should be fair game as well.

Jefferson Bible Jesus is an interesting take on a non-supernatural anti-establishment (more so than usual) Jesus; Day of Judgment Jesus is clad in full plate and wields a greatsword as a Holy Juggernaut of Death; Prince of Peace Jesus has a Charisma score of TOTAL, where he wins all opposed social checks.

All of them except Jeffersonian Bible version have special signature Jesus abilities, including constant Water Walk and Resurrection upon death.  Also, the first two Jesuses are pacifists except when it comes to moneylenders in temples.

Didja hear the joke about the gay theologian?
He couldn't decide if Jesus was truly divine or simply fabulous.

Too bad that Jesus wasn't around on the day of his trial...

That was basically the GM fudging the roll.

Oh, 250,000 or so, but it only got him to the end of the next level, and he could never get together all the denarii he needed for training, the whole thing was an awful waste really.

I've statted Jesus before it was cool.

Nevermind Longinus level, he was jumped soon after by some high - level adventurers to get his magical spear.

So does this mean I can now have a three-way with Satan AND Jesus?
Mistwell sent me here. Blame him.

My character sheet was inexistant, and when I hastly made one the GM didn\'t care to have a look at it."

Good. This thread is in very poor taste. But, as usual, it's ok to make fun of Christianity (but don't you DARE say anything bad about Islam or atheism!).

I would consider making stats for Mahomet, but only if someone guarantees me stat blocks aren't an "icon/idol", so no bombs drop on RPGsite.

Not much, he used it all for training to level - remember chasing merchants out of the temple? He obviously just needed that gold for training.

Chill out dude, and stop confusing this site with rpg.net.
D&D is not an "everyone gets a ribbon" game.  If you\'re stupid, your PC will die.  If you\'re an asshole, your PC will die (probably from the other PCs).  If you\'re unlucky, your PC may die.  Point?  PC\'s die.  Get over it and roll up a new one.
