It sounds like Pathfinder is the answer, but I'm curious as to why the question: is this to be part of a sales pitch of some sort, or is it just idle curiosity? I can't think of any other reason someone would care.

Well, do you mean game with open game content under the OGl, or game based on d20 content released under the OGL. Because if the former, probably Fate core.
