Anyone have any ideas?

They have been consistently out of stock of most opaque and transparent 7-die sets for what seems like years now.

Yeah. buy direct from Lou Zocchi. I just pmed you his contact information. Send him some money, tell him what you need. He is usually at Origins, GenCon and GaryCon when conventions are running.
