Yes, this is the official version. Even though it's being marketed as being for Sword & Caravan, the content is mostly applicable to any setting.

I don't ever do any sales on my books ever nor will I ever for one simple reason: I AM NOT A PUBLISHER. I just write rpgs, I don't publish them. Some of my various publishers may have had sales at certain times and may have them again at some time, but that is not something I'm in charge of.
