This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

So Paradox put the breaks on thesubnet...

S.I.T.R.E.P from Black Lion Games -- streamlined roleplaying without all the fluff!
Buy @ DriveThruRPG for only £7.99!
(That\'s less than a London takeaway -- now isn\'t that just a cracking deal?)

BoxCrayonTales

Subnet was engaging in blatant copyright infringement: they were duplicating hundreds of pages worth of text from books being sold by the rights holder on OneBookShelf in OEF with minimal DRM. That is not something defendable by fair use.

I know, right. It took until Paradox took over for anyone to give a crap.

Although I know Paradox was in the right on this one, I will still miss the subnet and continue to hate Martin Ericsson with a passion.
