This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Well, here's another feat:

Trabortion: If your character is transgender, it can demand an abortion when in any civilized country or city-state.

That should be spell! Then there's the advanced version...

Greater Trabortion - You can retroactively abort your target unless they make their save, in which they lose half their health.
