SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

:(  Was hoping that ya'll had adopted some kind of reasonably advanced notice that these were going to happen, so I can catch them live.

IMO, "every 4 weeks" is a bad way to do it. Eventually it will run all over the calendar. Far better to go with "second (or third, if you prefer) Sunday of every month" for something easy to remember.

With dispassionate reason, you knock another brick from the wall of nonsense.

It's all about race...then with the same breath, we make the game erase any racial representation in game.  Incredible.  It matters so much until it does not matter at all.

Why play different if there is nothing different?  We are trying to move the game to participation trophies, easy mode and forcing others to call us our own made up idiosyncratic pronouns.

Race does not matter, we are whatever we want to be.  I'm a three fingered alien.  Not him/her but "Gora."  So race is meaningless until I make it all-important.  What a bunch of strange obsessional people.

I have purchased plenty of 5e but this is absurd.

If the participation trophy crowd keep going races are just pointy ears or fangs.  A video game 'skin.'  What is even sadder is that any race can get to a 20 in any stat.  But some take longer to do it.  A big half orc starts out a little stronger than a 40 lb halfling.  The horror!  The racism!

In other forums the same people bitch about a dark elf struggling in sunlight while eagerly making use of their benefits and racial advantages.  I mean go ahead if that is fun for you but I'd prefer a little challenge and a little less of the wussy gamer.  But we can get by as wussies can't we?  Orcs are just misunderstood.  If only we use soothing words, we will be able to avoid putting all the monsters to the sword.  They have feelings and we can't dehumanize them.  That they are nonhuman is irrelevant.

I love how all humans are the same.  Equal.  Same potential.  The heroes!  But the game is racist because not all creatures are carbon copies.

For f*ck sake.

The problem is my games are not "every third sunday", they're every two weeks.
