Resources (English OR French) for the Qin RPG?

Hey all,

I was wondering, do any of you know of any online resources for the Qin RPG?

In particular, having read the book, I felt it was fantastic, but there was one thing seriously lacking and that was sample generic NPCs (sample soldier, sample bandit, sample beaurocrat, etc).  It would be REALLY helpful if there was something online that had this... or even a product from the original French RPG that I could pick up.
