This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

That's sad to hear.

64, what a shame. Here's hoping Reaper Minis carry on the torch.

Some of his family members will likely take over.

Years ago I met his son when Reaper briefly owned the game store for a while (long story)

Also Reaper as a friendly prank told me I could go to ORIGINS game con for free one yearand they had a name badge with my name on it. It was really Ed Pugh's name badge - he couldn't make the trip that year.

Got some interesting looks from some people when they saw the name on the badge.

I own more Reaper brand miniatures, than any other type.  They have offered affordable options, to help people populate their gaming tables.  I propose a toast, and a friendly farewell.

I will too, in April 2024, once I get my Reaper Miniatures: Bones 6 pledge.
