Anyone seen this (http://arcana.wikidot.com/random-nations)? Any good?

Interesting. I had not seen this before. Seems rather limited in options though, since everything's just generated by picking a random wiki page that they've linked to it. An interesting brainstorming tool I suppose though.
It did put me in mind of Dave Allen's old Nation Builder program, which was a clever little tool that would take maps generated by it's sister program, and then actually generate a whole history of the world with various nations rising and falling.
It was a pretty clever little gizmo, which you can still find in the files section here: http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/rpg-tools/files/GMTools/
EDIT: Unfortunately, it seems to be missing key resource files, so it doesn't actually seem to work.
Never seen it before, but it did inspire me right off the bat. The idea of the Aswang, a bloated ghoul like creature that might resemble a pregnant woman, might be featuring in an upcoming game of mine..

While I don't have access to that site, if you are talking about what I think you are, you need build11win.exe (http://home.earthlink.net/~djackson24/build11win.exe) for it to work.

That was fucking useless. If you set a search engine to seek out random sites under a specified header that you came up with, you would get better results.
Meh, I thought it was kind of ok.

That's some serious nightmare fuel.
