This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Hey guys, can you tell me of any adventure module type products that feature either:

A) a dungeon inside a giant tree?

B) a dungeon inside a network of clouds in the sky?

I seem to remember a scenerio in an old Pegasus magazine that had one in a petrified tree.  There was an old module from Judges Guild dealing with storm giants or maybe being hired by storm giants but definately set in a cloud dungeon.  And wasn't there something in a Dungeon Magazine set on a cloud?

My stuff from that time period is all in boxes so I can't easily give the exact titles/issue numbers.

There were two Dungeon adventures about a cloud castle, one from JG about the dungeon underneath one (had balloon monster, IIRC).

1:Yes, Two.

One was a module in Dragon Magazine.

The other was a module for Im not sure what. But centered around a corrupted living tree that was luring in adventurers to kill and eat them or somesuch. Havent been able to find it or recall the title since.

2: Pretty sure there was a module that had the adventurers wandering a cloud realm of some sort.

I'm surprised these concepts are so thin on the ground. They seem obvious.

The first issue of Crawljammer has an adventure that takes place on Venus, in a city set up in some giant trees. Not exactly a dungeon but it might as well be... except that there are points where you can fall out of it.

There were several WotC Map-A-Week's in which the dungeon was in a tree. One a pine, one a swamp type, one an oak or something similar.
"Meh."

Under the Storm Giant's Castle is the Judges Guild cloud dungeon.
Widely regarded as one of the worst dungeons ever produced.

TSR's cloud adventure was called Terror in Skytumble Tor (presented in I13, Adventure Pack 1).

Forgot this one as its been over a decade+.

I did a pair of modules for Nitrallia. The first had the character/s exploring a very large mutated tree. Eventually they work their way to the top and realize this is a huge tree monster and they are standing in its mouth. They could also climb up to the eyes and brain. There were smaller plant critters living in and on the creature. It was sloooooooowly crawling towards a city several kilomiters away. It was advancing about a meter a year. The city it was headed towards was the second half of the set. Sadly Nitrallia folded before could finish the city.

I think there's a 2e Dragonlance module which has some kind of cloud realm thingie.  I seem to recall a poster map.  it was more than a bit lame, though.  It wasn't the main DL series, but a after the war series of modules.

Isn't there a D&D Master level module where you use a skyship to fly to a fortress floating on a cloud?
