This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

I can't resist. It is not a pre-painted fig but I am a big proponent of painting your own (assuming you enjoy it and I do). So, if you are only interested in pre-painted then do not click on the glory that is Gorl Bonebreaker, Orc Cannoneer.

Do you play to win or are you just a bad loser?

Stuart, thanks for that price list!  I'm off to blog...

Quote from: J ArcaneThere are, basically, two kinds of "pre-painted miniatures".

One, is like the one you linked, or the Dwarven Forge or em-4 stuff:  Normal moetal or plastic minis that someone has hand painted.

The other is stuff like WizKids and WOTC's stuff.  Soft plastic/rubbery stuff, machine painted, and of widely varying quality.

Nope, you're wrong J Arcane.  The Rackham prepaints and Mongoose prepaints are all the same hard plastic normal unpainted kits use.

Supposedly Reapers line will be the same.  It's a very new trend in gaming, and quite possibly the Next Big Thing...or not.

Now if only we could get pictures for the Reaper sets of mini's.

Take care Nothingland. You were always one of the most ridiculously good-looking sites on the internets, and the web too. I\'ll miss you.  -"Derek Zoolander MD" at a site long gone.
