Currently playing - HERO 6e hex crawl, heavily modified, in a homebrew world of considerable detail. Thus far it has been interesting. (playing online via discord and Roll20).
Currently Running - SWADE modern horror, one shot turned into a regular thing while we kick the tires on some new rules for a SWADE project. Also, learning Foundry VTT so I can dive in and program that sucker. Seriously loving this VTT. It's very slick. Way less clunky than Roll20. (use Discord for video/audio)
I play via Discord and Roll 20. Every other week I ref a Twilight:2000 game. Monday nights is my many-years-running 1e AD&D game. 12 players, quite a lot of fun.
Running two games, one using Cthulhu Dark and one using my own Frankenstein's monster of a system. One is a family game, the other family and friends. Both in person.
Playing 5e every other week with friends and the old lady. It is our adults only game. This one is unfortunately on Roll20 until we all get chipped.
Playing 5th ed solo campaign. Kinda to scratch the physcial rpging itch but also to play around with ideas.
None of my groups that I know of are doing in-person gaming, and I really do not like playing TT online.
I was DM'ing 5e Tomb of Annihilation. But after almost a year of Discord, I wanted a break, so currently on hold.
So at the moment I'm playing Lost Crown of Neverwinter, a 4E scenario . The GM rigged an overhead camera over the playmat, with all the minis, so the 4E tactical combat goes quite well.
We are also on a much longer hiatus from playing in a WFRP (3rd) Enemy Within campaign (because the 3rd edition rules with all the cards & special dice & widgets & gadgets don't port well to online play).
I'm coming on close to a year of playing Masks of Nyarlathotep in Call of Cthulhu, played online with my old Thursday night group.
We got to get back some former players who had moved away, so that was fun, even though I prefer in-person gaming.
Running Forgotten Realms Damara 1359 DR sandbox, currently 14 players across 3 groups (some overlap). Two weekly 5e D&D games on Roll20 and one group 1e AD&D Play By Post, all adventuring in the same area:
All games are in person unless noted;
Currently running; Ruins & Realms playtest campaign (level up after each session), Vampire the Masquerade (modified V20).
Currently playing; Ruins & Realms ongoing home game, Ruins & Realms playtest (need to see how well others can run it), D&D4E (on Discord).
Two groups for past year both via Zoom supported by Roll20
One with my regular club. Weekly where we switch up games and groups every couple of months. Currently playing Rune Quest but have played and GM'd a bunch of different games over the past year including Numenera, D&D5 Pendragon, L5R and Mutants and Masterminds. Been great and had a chance to playtest a few new releases for a few games.
The other with friends and family. WFRP 4th edition rules. Set in an alternative Warhammer World where the End Times and Age of Sigmar never occured. it is set quite a few years after that date. Using alot of 1st edition source material.
Most of the group haven't really roleplayed before or know anything about the Warhammer World and I haven't GMd WFRP in nearly 10 years so it has been great getting back into it whilst introducing the hobby to new players. The campaign has been a lot of fun (and funny). It has really exemplified the old story of WFRP; At first you think you're playing D&D and then find out you are playing Call of Cthulhu. And then later it dawns on you, you are actually playing it's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (+ beastmen).
This group's members are spread across the UK and beyond so if we continue past June it will need to be online anyway.

That's a bit of a classic. I played an edition of MoN in 2013 over the course of a year on Monday evenings in a quiet UK country pub. The publican was one of the PCs in the group. There were virtually no customers on Mondays so we had a great atmosphere for CoC and beer on tap :-)
does roll20 do D6 system?
I am running Traveller Pirates of Drinax (a handful of sessions in, going quite well), using my own unholy version of Traveller extrapolated from the MgT 1 playtest rules. In person gaming only. We finished up our Rolemaster game via Zoom when we went into lockdown, but waited until we came out to get Traveller rolling. In the interim, we had an occasional catchup for boardgames using Discord and Tabletop Simulator.
In the background, I'm also working steadily and occasionally on an ACKS campaign that I plan to run next.
Haven't had much luck here lately, though I did get to play in an OD&D one shot on discord that was pretty cool. I'm hoping to start running something online here in the next couple of months, we've got a baby due in April though so my expectations of gaming time are firmly managed.

does roll20 do D6 system?
I don't know if you're asking if it specifically supports the d6 system.
Any dice rolling works like "/roll 3d6" causes the system to roll 3d6, add them up, and post the result in the chat.

does roll20 do D6 system?
Nominally - it has D6 Fantasy/Space/Adventure PC sheets, and it can do the wild die etc. Obviously support is limited.
I was running Mini Six on Roll20 which isn't supported but some players used the D6 Fantasy PC sheet ok.

The usual still. Playing a combo of Mongoose Traveller 2e and Traveller5 online using either StreamYard or Meeting. Looking at doing Murder on Arcturus Station next. The new one that just came out.
Honestly, I haven't gotten to play much at all the past couple years. I'd been doing all of my gaming online, and suddenly our internet connection went wonky for well over half a year. Sudden, unpredictable disconnects. It seemed to coincide with Hargray buying out Comcast in this area. My connection is back now, but in the meantime my work schedule got unpredictable, but I'm about to change jobs so hopefully I'll have a schedule with certain times blocked off for gaming. Then I'll get to looking/recruiting again.
I did get to play in a one-shot at Dragon Con in 2019. And around that time I'd run Apocalypse World 2e and played in part of a session of Stars Without Number. I'd like to try Stars Without Number sometime in a game with fewer than 8 PCs. It definitely reinforced the fact that games with that many players are not my cuppa. ;D
Once a week in hybrid (3 players live and 3 players remote). D&D 5e, half time as DM and half time as player. Been playing with this group since the 80s, so the technology changes, but the gaming remains the same!
Playing in 1930's New England COC on Skype 3/month. Always good with my group.
Running B/X D&D for wife and our 8 and 10 year old boys 2/week in person. They are so enthusiastic.
Just finished running my first cinematic Free League Alien (Chariots of the Gods) on Skype. It was awesome.
Taking a break from running my two year Traveller game (in COC instead).
All games moved to Roll20 since March of 2020. It would have been an ace year for gaming except that I had to teach evenings virtually from Sept-December. Four months of not gaming after some of the most prolific gaming I've done since high school.
I joined a Savage Worlds game for the spring and summer last year. It was a blast playing in the Slipstream world.
I also joined a D&D5e game for a time, every other week. Good fun.
I ran some Cepheus Light one-offs last year too.
Now, I'm still running my alternating weekly games of Stars Without Number Revised.
roll20 playing D&D 5e. I personally have a pro subscription and I also subscribe to syrinscape for sounds. We had been playing on Table Top Simulator for a bit but it was too much work as DM compared to roll20.
We've been doing playtests upon playtests, in person with pizza, dice and immune systems.
Currently playing: Cyberpunk RED. Controversial game, I know but I love it. I am a huge fan of R Talsorian and have been for a long time.
Next game I'm working on will either be Machinations of the Space Princess or a Castles and Crusades campaign set in Old-School Greyhawk.
I'm using Roll20, I have an interest in leaning Maptool and Foundry VTT but they come with their own set of issues. Roll20 remains the most accessible. All you need is a Java compatible browser and an internet connection. A lot of my players are using low-powered laptops so not needing to troubleshoot software to get a game running is always nice.

Oh, nice! Can I convince you to do a thread on your opinions of the system and how it worked with your group, etc?
About once a month, as the various group members have time, we meet in person and I run Unisystem Armaggedon for a bunch of damned souls, a hippy goddess of getting drunk on the beach (or something) and a confused Atlantean Immortal who loves to brew homemade explosives in the back of a moving vehicle.
So far all they've done is annoy the local leaders of the Alliance and generally get run out of town (see also: Homemade explosives brewed in moving vehicles...), but as of the last session they are finally starting to get into the meat of the setting, while half the group (damned sinners) had a tete a tete with the archangel Gabriel, where he threatened to go biblical on Philidelphia if they didn't purge the city of Church of Revalations Apostles, the other half managed to cut down a Sheol (Undead) agent of said CoR.
An not one explosion.
And... I'll probably forget half of what I had planned by the time we get together again. Adulting is hard, yo.
I'm running The Dark Eye for 3 players on Tuesday nights. Three of us are sitting around a table together, the 4th Skype's in since he lives in Florida and we're in Ohio. We play for about 4 hours.
On Saturdays I run a Big Eye, Small Mouth 4th Ed game for 4 players. We're all around a table together at one of our homes. The game starts around 1pm and goes until 11 or so. We usually break an hour for dinner around 6. About once every couple months we'll take a weekend off and we may play a couple board games or go to the gun range and then out to dinner.
Most of us have been gaming together for 20+ years and range from 37 to 45 years old. No one has any real interest in trying VTT play. For us the getting together and the social aspect is as much of the experience as the game.
Been playing Mongoose Traveller on foundry VTT. The ruleset isn't complete and the guy doing most of the work is dealing with burnout so that's a little annoying, but I'm getting what I paid for.
I will say, having explored the many options, I generally find Discord the best option for online play.
It includes built-in voice and video chat (this works well with a web cam pointed at a map if doing combat on a grid), screen sharing and dice bots that can handle systems as complex as the Old World of Darkness with its 1s subtracting and specializations adding additional rolls on a 10s.
Use the chat portion to drop down important world info and images (we also upload our PC sheets so the GM can reference as needed), voice chat for live sessions and private chat to pass hidden notes as needed.
It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a supported system running a pre-gen Mod on Roll20, but it also had a very low learning curve to be able to set up and play.
We tried moving my Star Trek Adventures campaign to Discord/Roll 20, but I'm just not up with all the bells and whistles. Even when someone took over as GM, I found the experience lacking. So ultimately I ended up dropping out of my own campaign (after handing it off to one of the players to run).
These days, sadly, the only roleplaying I get is on RPOL.net, a play-by-post forum. It's fun, but of course the nature of play-by-post means it's slow, and lacking in many of the fun interactions of playing at a table with live people.
There, I'm currently running Star Trek Adventures (a different campaign than my old tabletop one, set during the "Wrath of Khan" era), and Mutant Future (using elements of 1e Gamma World).
I'm also playing in a 1st edition AD&D game, a B/X D&D game, an ALIENS game, and a Call of Cthulu 7e game. If that seems like a lot... they all move very slowly.
I run a Comic & Game store and my group meets there after hours once a week in person. We are playing through Descent Into Avernus and we just hit 5th level (I'm a Wild Magic Sorcerer).
I also run an online game on Thursdays with friends who live elsewhere but it gets cancelled quite a bit. I don't dislike playing online, but I'd much rather play in person.
I've run 5E and a homebrew spin on Basic Role Playing with that group.
If people are playing online/discord with cameras showing everyone those cameras could show everyones rolls yet people use dice rollers instead. This confuses me as I'd prefer to shake and roll my gleaming cubes about.

We used actual dice for the last few sessions of my RM campaign over Zoom. It's definitely not easy to adjust the cam to show your dice, though; I just worked on the assumption people were stating honest values.
We did Traveller character gen via Zoom as well, and again I just let players roll dice and do what needed to be done with the values.
We did some sample practice combats for Traveller using Roll20. For that, IIRC, we used the built in roller, just because it was easy for everyone to see the results.
My players roll offscreen but they report a significant number of failures and fumbles, so I'm inclined to believe them on the rare occasion they declare a crit.
Running: 5th Ed over Discord/Roll20
Will soon be running Cthulhu over the same.
Playing: 5th Ed, Advanced FF, D&D3.5 - all over discord/Roll20.
I'll covert back to face-to-face as soon as possible - but that might be a while as we often played in a pub and if the social-distancing thing is required, they'll need the space for "regular punters".
I have been running my DCC game for the past year using Fantasy Grounds Unity. I only use the mapping features. I am not using it to run the combat, as I use a modified version of the Mike Mearls initiative system, which I track using an shared Google Sheet. I use Google Meeting for audio.
Some players use FGU for dice rolling. Others roll real dice on the honor system.
Early on we tried a couple of online session using google video chat, then discord. The sessions went pretty well when the group size was smaller, but more than 4 including GM became problematic.
We then moved our game sessions to an outdoor open venue at one of the players homes. He has a large open "barn" that made it easy to socially distance.
Once it became a combination of being too hot in South Florida, and the evidence was showing a far lower than projected fatality rate, we returned to normal gaming, and have continued as normal since.

I found the same problem with more than 3 players. Too easy to be talked over.
I'm running Lex Arcana on Discord. My first experience with rpgs after 12 years of inactivity (I've read a lot of manuals though).
We throw physical dices and just tell the result...I mean are we betting money? No, so I couldn't care less if they cheat, though I believe they don't.
I'm running Esoteric Enterprises for four friends. We are online, using Discord and Roll20.

How are you supposed to rill your dice in the air. so that your face camera can see it?
Lol yeah I guess, roll them in front of the camera.
Our group has been playing online for years, so nothing really changed for us. I'd prefer an in-person game, but with work and kids and travel time, it's not easy.
We do a kind of rotating GM thing. We were playing Nobilis until around Thanksgiving last year. Then we switched to our current Savage Worlds sci-fi game.
We've used different programs over time, but mostly roll20. We usually use the die roller in the program, but I've taken to using real dice and just saying what I got. We've all played together for quite a while (the new guy has only been with us 7 or 8 years), so we don't have any issue just trusting people to roll their own dice if they want.
I've reconnected with some old friends and we're using discord with a dicebot and syrinscape routed through discord.
I am playing a virtual table using D&D 5 in my own creation called the Chronicles of the Devouring Lands, a baroque setting in medieval fantasy world. I was reluctant to use Discord but it was cool.
We've been playing regular online sessions since our local gaming club shut down in the first UK lockdown. At first it was on Tabletop Simulator, because half the group had it and somehow had free copies they linked to the rest of us. I've run Rogue Trader and an Exalted game using the Cortex Prime rules, with another member of the group running Fragged Empire and Lancer.
TTS needs more work than we like though, and a recent update messed up a lot of the mods we've been using. So we're now looking for simpler systems that can work over Discord using a basic dicebot and no maps or minis, while also looking at alternate VTTs.
In light of this, tonight we created characters for two new campaigns. The Fragged Empire GM decided that Stars Without Number does the same thing as FE with a better background and less fiddly rules. I like Sine Nomine games and like Sword & Sorcery as a genre so decided to start GMing Worlds Without Number on the other sessions.

I'm currently playing with my group face-to-face (and have been for a while), and we're playing Marvel Super Heroes.
But I'm going to wrap up this "issue" whenever they figure out how to beat the big-baddy(s). After that we plan on using the new Savage Pathfinder game to play some Savage Forgotten Realms (Greybox era of course).

We are playing twice a week on Facebook video chat. We have to roll our own dice but we put up with the hardship. We are of the generation that had to walk five feet on shag carpet to change the TV channel.
On Wednesday afternoon, C.J. Carella is running a Glory Road Roleplay campaign set on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in the present day when goblins, giant hogs, and other monsters show up, along with a few elves. My character is a part-time dealer at the casino, poker player, and poacher. Another character is the game warden, and another is an elf. I am playing a non-moron for the first time in several campaigns. C.J. are going to publish the modern firearms rules we are using for GR, maybe, if we get around to it.
On Thursday afternoon, I run a fantasy game set in the great city of Old Meos. (MAY-os) Also Glory Road Roleplay.
I'm in a lot of different gaming groups, with some overlapping of players.
I'm running two savage worlds games (both Last Parsec, both in a shared Last Parsec setting, but different campaign focuses). I'm using Zoom to run these games, with the players and I all rolling our dice and saying what the results are. This is pretty common for how I'm running things, these are high trust groups, who were willing to use a house ruled initiative system. I'm also running a Shadowrun 5e game and a homebrew Ars Magica Modern using Cthulhu Now rules with the Ars Magica magic system converted to BRP as well, both on Zoom.
I have a third savage worlds game I'm running (homebrewed Deadlands Japan) using roll20 for dice and cards for initiative, with our communications over Zoom. Roll20 being a little clunky is what lead me away from using it in my other Savage Worlds games. But, I prefer Roll20 over Foundry and Fantasy Grounds, as a player and for just a die/card tool at least.
I'm in a fourth savage worlds I'm playing in, 50 Fathoms, that is probably 2-3 sessions from completion. That game is also on roll20, but we will be moving to Foundry for the followup game, Dungeon of the Mad Mage in 5e. The GM of that game vastly prefers the GM tools on Foundry over Roll20. Again, we use Zoom for chat.
I'm also playing in a Delta Green campaign, one more time, on Zoom.
So, I'm playing and running a lot of Savage Worlds. It's not my favorite system - but it is light enough to work really well over Zoom. Similarly both BRP and Delta Green are simple percentile die systems that work really well over Zoom. Shadowrun is working less well - pausing to check a rule is always painful, but it feels to me even more so on a Zoom call.
Tried going online, wasn't satisfied. Now waiting for the good old f2f table experience.
Playing mostly DCC and Zweihander. Of all that's been said about the latter, I really dig it - it's a big crunchy monster with random crit tables and Twin Peaks' Black Lodge as a deity.
I recently picked up the Alien rpg Start Set and finally bought Dungeon Crawl Classics. I look forward to checking both out in play.

At the moment, I'm playing a game of Werewolf: The Apocalypse with four others through Telegram. The upside being I can run games frequently, and this being a group mostly composed of newbies, we need every session we can get. The downside being I can't tell what the others are doing half the time, so the focused players get vastly more playtime, which is a bit annoying.
I had intended to start the game during Halloween last year, but thanks to IRL stuff, I had to push it back to last month. Even so, I've started them on a journey that has taken them to Arkham, Massachusetts; you can probably guess what's there, but so far, none of my players have caught on, so springing the traps I have on them should be rather amusing.
Currently running Tomb of Annihilation in roll20 and discord. Hopefully, this is the last 5e game I run. I've grown very tired of the system as a DM. Other than that, it has been going pretty well, so far only one person has been disintegrated, and 2 near TPKs.
Trying to get a stable platform to game on has been a nuisance.
Two MUDs I have and fonally got up and running after more than a decade either lack tools to roll dice. Or in the case of one, is a very incomplete attempt to code 3e fully into a MUD much like was successfully done with 2e Shadowrun.
So moving on to other venues as possible gathering points.
Stars without Number revised edition by means of Zoom.
Advanced Labyrinth Lord also on Zoom.
White Star in person with my great nephews and nieces.
Wizards' World on Zoom.
Had a live session of 5e Barrowmaze on Sunday. Been so long online only, it felt weird but fun. :)
I'm currently running Solar Blades & Cosmic Spells with campaign notes here (https://hazardpay.obsidianportal.com/). We are playing a 5e Grim Hollow game as well. Both games alternate weekly and are played in person. We played online for a while at the height of the COVID mess after I and my fiancé both caught it.
I'm planning a Fading Suns game for after Hazard Pay winds down, but I have the bare bones for 50+ missions/jobs laid out for them, and the group chooses which they want to pick up so it might be a while yet. I had planned on breaking for a bit at around 6th or 7h level, and most are 5th now (except the ones with special abilities at chargen).
My group has just wrapped up our year-long Call of Cthulhu game running through Masks of Nyarlathotep. Now we've decided to switch to "Wicked Ones"
QuoteWicked Ones is a Forged in the Dark tabletop RPG about a group of fantasy monsters building a dungeon, launching raids on the surface to gather a hoard, and pursuing your nefarious master plan. Along the way, there's pillaging, rituals, concoctions, contraptions, discoveries deep in the ground, dungeon rooms, traps, creatures, minions, and so much more! You build your dungeon over time throughout the campaign and no two dungeons will ever be alike.
https://banditcamp.io/wickedones/
I'm definitely curious to give it a try, but I'm a little skeptical. I think it could be very fiddly.
I am falying wildly from one project to the next, trying to finish things i have started a long time ago(yes, trpg related). When im not procrastinating, i have entered a discord in hopes of getting into an aberrant game(i wanted to play this setting.. for ages, but it always intimidated me system wise). The game is full thou, maybe ill get into the next one. I think i just need to get some superhero rpgs out of my system and ill be done with the topic for some time, at least thats the plan.
Running a small game akin to Original D&D, for a party of 3 young players. Collaborating on the world setting. When our last session ended, we had stumbled upon a Blue Dragon Wyrmling in a cave, shortly after being victorious in a random encounter with a wolf. The Dragon encounter has not been resolved, but it neither attacked nor attempted to flee. Just the way the die rolled that time.
My Friday group has been face to face since May of 2020 and we have finished a 5E Saltmarsh game up and started an Avernus 5E game. We have had one or two come down with COVID-19 and they either missed those weeks or remoted in via an iPad.
My thursday game is on Roll20 due to the fact that two of the players live in other states and we have played 5e, a Mythras Star Wars game and Cepheus Quantum/Barbaric!.
Not running anything atm. It's too hard to get people to regularly turn up.
I'm considering starting an online campaign of something, using roll20 or a Discord mix.
Atm, I'm focusing on a side business work with web development anyway
Just spent a month reinstalling and modding skyrim LE; got to where i think i'm satisfied with it, then reinstalled star trek online, discovered some new cstore content i dig and have spent about 200 bucks on it since then.
Bought the legendary klingon bundle for the D7cruiser and the lvl65 token mostly, bought the cat people escort for the rail gun to use on other characters and ships, bought a t6 romulan malem/tvara warbird which came with a warhead module like that found on the kor bird of prey which i had already bought back when it first came out, got that romulan lvled up to 26 now i think.
So i got my 65 starfleet engineer guy who has like 5 cstore fed ships;
Got a 65 jem'hadar tactical guy who has the cstore t6 dominion cruiser, the default bugship, and the lobi crystal dominion battleship with 2 hangars
Got a lvl 65 "alien" klingon faction tactical guy with like 12-15 cstore ships of various tiers most purchased for their consoles like the warhead modules and power leech console.
And the new 26 romulan science officer guy and the malem bop.
klingon bundle came with cross faction unlocks so technically each of these guys has access to over 30 cstore ships of various tiers and their consoles, but i try to keep each one with only 4-5 faction/race appropriate ships geared up and ready to switch out, outside of grinding in the t6 ones for the starship trait each unlocks im not big into flying cross faction, messes up the thematics for me and bores me.
Now the kor and the malem are some of the best cstore buys i ever made; both can launch mines and projectiles while cloaked, the quantum warhead module from the kor can go on any ship though the plasma one on the malem can only go on the malem...but this means that the malem can fire full spread/high yield of whatever normal torpedoes you slot plus a volley of like 12 seeker mines and of course 6 quantum and 6 plasma torps all at once w/o dropping cloak. very heavy one-shot kill alpha strike and if it survives it will probably die from the mines in a few seconds.
ETA
sorry, as to tabletop, nothing swinging.
Still playing in person Pathfinder 2e with my Friends & Family group. They are currently roaming around a multi tiered dungeon and have created all sorts of problems with the locals that reside inside but when they have the motto of "no treasure left behind" whatcha going to do..... :p
Running AD&D every other week, and playing AD&D every week in thedungeondelver's Greyhawk game. My second Greyhawk campaign went on hiatus for the football season in the fall, and hasn't seemed to return yet ;) My sporadic AD&D Greyhawk campaigns with my two sons (I DM one, and my younger son Henry DMs a 1:1 game for me) will pick up some more steam now that school's nearly out.
I'm also playing Delta Green once per month, and giving some vague thought to a Blue Planet campaign with the advent of the new edition.
Allan.
I'm slowing starting to get the band back together for some in-person gaming. Last year we were starting a Basic Fantasy campaign that was cut short due to the COVID madness. But now its time to game again. I'm just not sure if we'll continue with Basic Fantasy, or try out Old School Essentials. Or maybe some Swords & Wizardry. Or maybe try The Black Hack, or maybe try out my own Knave hack. We're all old school players, so the toughest choice right now is deciding on which OSR game to run.
Running 1st edition Metamorphosis Alpha. Never played it before and I've never GM'ed it either. We're five sessions In and my group of 5 players is having fun. At this point we're still at the "training wheels" stage as we get a handle on the rules.
MA is a lot of theatre of mind as we are discovering.
Still playing D&D 5e. I largely don't mind it, at this point, and while I miss some of the more fiddly bits of 3e, the players not needing to have complete systemic mastery of the game to make decent characters has been a refreshing change of pace.
Having finished up my (rather modified) take on the Strange Aeons Pathfinder AP around the start of April, we took a break and are set to start up again next week.
Originally, the plan this run was going to be the Shattered Star PF AP, but... it didn't feature the kinds of creatures I wanted, it didn't really have a coherent story that works outside of Paizo's setting, and the ending was lackluster.
This led to be taking SS1 and modifying the crap out of it, to the point that it is almost unrecognizable, and throwing the rest of the AP out while retaining the general "recover bits of this MacGuffin" theme. I inserted the Illithiad adventure series from 2e, though the first one will happen "off-screen," and also added in the Tear of Ioun miniseries from some Dungeon mags from 4e.
Add in a random Paizo adventure about having to go to the moon, and I think I'm happy with the concoction.

The inside scoop on how/what/why you are doing this, with notes, addendums, and your creative spark...? Would make for a fantastic blog. I mean it. This sounds incredible and also sounds like a lot of love is going into it!
By mid-June all my group will be vaccinated. We plan to play Call of Cthulhu 7E.
Since last year we enormously enjoyed "Mythos Tales" (not an RPG but a game of investigation and deduction based on the "Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective" system - only in Arkham") I proposed a campaign called "Mythos Tales - Origins", based on the same narrative structure.
The characters are a group of investigators working for professor Armitage of the Arkham University. We start on September 1920 - with a prologue set in late January 1920 where the players keep other characters ("Under a Winter Snow"). How the events in far North Dakota are connected with the happenings in Lovecraft Count(r)y will be something to discover.
The first proper adventure will see the characters arriving in Arkham by car from Boston - only (obviously) to meet the "Dead Light" along the way... ;)
I have always had trouble playing in purely fictional places like "Boston" and "Providence."

Your dang username says "New Haven" not "New York City."
And I now live in Deerfield Beach. But Providence, especially, is imaginary. I saw Jefferson Airplane there but I still don't believe it exists.
Playing Ars Magica 5th edition, set in AD 1220, in person game. I started during the campaign during the pandemic, 1 x a month, just to get some gaming going- I wasn't too keen on the online games. Now that people are getting vaccinated, we're probably going to every 3 weeks. That's about all I can handle as GM anyway, time wise.
The 1220 AD setting seems to keep everyone's expectations reasonable. It's 1220 AD, so you know going in what's what. Really helped when I recruited a few new players. Going well so far!

The descriptions of Providence in "The Haunter of the Dark" are very dreamlike, like if the city is halfway in the Dreamlands.
Running a 4-session adventure of Feng Shui 1 on Italian yt.
We've finally moved back to in person as people are less afraid of the Coof now that they have their safety blanket jabs.

Awesome!
Our group has 5 game masters, with 3 who run more often than others. We play weekly but only face to face.
In the last year I have run Dungeon Crawl Classics, The Fantasy Trip, and Savage Worlds Agents of Oblivion. The former two using pre-written modules, the latter a X-Files style campaign.
One GM runs a sandbox fantasy D&D 3.5 campaign.
Another ran a D&D 5e campaign, and has just started running Stars Without Number.
The other guys have run Savage Worlds The Last Parsec in the past and will be running the new Deadlands release soon.
