This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Quote from: Steve Dubya;1087111As our current campaign is only intended to last through this year, and with the success of Endgame putting supers to the fore of pop culture, I figure that I'll pitch a supers campaign for our next endeavor.

Problem is, I'm without a system to do so.

Endgame was a convoluted time-travel story is all. Not conducive to sandboxing. Did you want to tell your players a story, or let them super their way through encounters?

Oh, I wasn't planning on using the Marvel universe at all - probably at best I'd be throwing in serial-numbers-filed-off characters.

I just know that everyone in my group has seen and enjoyed the movie(s), and thus might enjoy some supers gaming (maybe).

It's the newest version of Villains & Vigilantes and a fantastic game.

I prefer V&V 2nd edition Revised.
