Title: Legacy: Life among the Ruins, 2nd edition

Looks neat, but I've heard 1st edition was kinda hard to play ("cool premise, but what do players do in it?"). It seems it could tackle Apocalypse World from the opposite angle, by focusing on rebuild society instead of revering in the shit and mud of the wastes like AW does.

So, thoughts?

I bad game mechanic can ruin a great game setting. I only look for setting books these days.
