This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

I really like the product, and it has pretty consistently favorable reviews. It was supposed to have a Monster Manual.

I reviewed it on my show. It doesn't get enough love.

My guess is Dark Albion/Lion & Dragon have taken time away for development of additional books as those are actually making $$$.

I agree, though; the books listed to be published look really intriguing.
It takes considerable knowledge just to realize the extent of your own ignorance.

It really is a fun OSR take on a blended distro. I like all the options and the wounds/vitality split.

Is Dominique Crouzet on Twitter? Facebook?

Is there a compatibility license for FH&W? I would love to publish things for this game. It's in a really perfect sweet spot for me. I imagine I could convince 5e players to give it a shot.

According to this page on his site, you can add a logo he provided to show compatibility...I don't think there's an official license.

Thank you good sir.

Can someone summon this rad creator so we can heap some praise and maybe discuss this super cool game? #HeDeservesIt  Anyone out there running it at their table?

I've seen him occasionally on DF, not sure why I haven't seen him here. (Other then me missing his posts.)

FH&W really is great. The only reason I can think it didn't get more traction is he doesn't shamelessly pimp it like he arguably should.

Love to see some other stuff for it.

Man is it ever making money! I'm amazed by how well it keeps doing like, a  year after the last product (for that publisher) came out.

Anyways, Dom was a bit derailed by doing Albion & L&D, but L&D came out in december of 2017, so that's ancient history. But from what I understand he's hard at work on the Monster book, though has been distracted by some personal issues.

He does come on here from time to time, but like I said, he's been busy.
LION & DRAGON: Medieval-Authentic OSR Roleplaying is available now! You only THINK you\'ve played \'medieval fantasy\' until you play L&D.

Which one is making money? DA, L&S, or FH&W? (Hopefully all three.)
