This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Let me work on that tonight...for some reason the flipbook preview glitches on my end. Thanks for the feedback!

Yeti Spaghetti

Tried to expand the full PDF preview for the first module but it's not letting me. Went ahead and disabled the flip book previews, though, and The Blood Countess should now show pages 1-4.

In increased it to 5 pages, and just fixed a glaring paragraph error on page 1 in Horror in Hopkinsville. But I think the site needs time before it re-sets the preview. (Not rushing these things to make a deadline in the future!)

I added them to my wishlist.  I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to buy them.  As to playing them, well, I'm not currently an active member of any gaming group.  The one I organized at work broke up when one member was forced to seek employment elsewhere and the other member moved to another state.  (Also, we basically only played Magic anyway.)

10 bucks for a 22 page module seems pretty steep for a one night adventure. I can't justify it, similar adventures seem to go between like 2-5 bucks. The previews sound fun though, and it looks good from what I can see.

That's what I thought.

You can certainly use something like Cryptworld as a core system, but the adventures are basically meant to be played on their own, with a little bit of GM improvisation.

Maybe I'm used to 5e stuff, but $10 for 22 pages doesn't seem like too much.

That said, it's just high enough to stop me from buying it on a whim as an impulse buy, like I do most products like this -- if it was $5, I would. At $10 I'd have to have a good reason and a strong interest to get in the water.

The scenarios themselves look interesting. It's hard to evaluate just based on the preview, so I'd have to buy and give it a read over to know for sure. How many hours are they supposed to run for?
Battle doesn\'t need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don\'t ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don\'t ask why I fight.

Yeti Spaghetti

We're trying to go for 2-4 hour scenarios for each adventure. Horror in Hopkinsville is probably on the shorter end of that scale, while The Blood Countess is a little more involved.

Our next module, Medieval Mysteries, will have 2 smaller, related adventures, with each intended to be around 2 hours.

The PDFs are now $5 each.

Thanks for all the comments and feedback on everything, folks! It makes a difference, especially for a newbie like me to publishing.
