I also posted this to the big RPG links thread, but in case you don't check that one:

http://www.republicofnewhome.org/lair/games/herb5/herb5illo.html

Huge list of herbs usable in RPGs, with information on where to find them, how rare they are, how much they would cost in AD&D terms, preparation, and effects.
For fuck\'s sake, these are games, people.

And no one gives a fuck about your ignore list.

I love it when someone else does all the work for me.  :)

Sure, but I warn you I'm no wiz at Acrobat!  I pretty much use the Print -> Acrobat Distiller method.

No problem, I have Open Office which does the same trick, only it is built in.  Plus a PortableApps utility that will dissect and re-assemble pdfs.  PM me an email address, or we can host it at my file hosting place for ease of access.

What am I, chopped liver? I find the damn file and you guys freeze me out...

EDIT I realized after sending that it could be misconstrued - the above is facetious

I did a pdf once over of the Guide to Herbs for RPGs by Shaun Hately a few months ago for AliveAndOutofPrint.org. No pictures, but the text is all cleaned up to make it suitable for printing. It's around 3mb zipped. You can download it here

You can also come up with something that is not only original and creative and artistic, but also maybe even decent, or moral if I can use words like that, or something that\'s like basically good -Lester Bangs

One Horse Town

If anyone wants a WFRP specific herb-guide, my Herbalism & Pharmacy of the Old World .pdf is out there in webland somewhere (since the BI page came down, it hasn't gone up at FFG yet). I did a quick search and it appears on quite a few torrent sites.
