[GURPS:Space] Merged setting idea, never got used. (much)

Years ago I did 4 or 5 game sessions an idea or campaign setting that I nicknamed "Psyper-Drive" or PsiperDrive.  Used the space Atlases that SJ Games published back then, my old classic TRAVELLER deckplans whenever I needed a small starship - and a lot odf ideas an aliens of my own creation.  It was called PsiperDrive - because all the pilots had to be psionic or psionoclly gifted to initiate jumps into Hyperspace.

 Here is the timeline I smooshed together ...that the players never really got to see much of :

2009: Frontier I Mars probe launched.

2012: Tranquility Station established on the Moon. (Terradyne)

2016: Zhukov Base Disaster (Terradyne)

2017: Russian landing on Mars

2023: U.S. landing on Mars (terradyne)

2049: U.N. dissolved.  (Terradyne)

2066: Lunar University established. (Terradyne)

2174: Human scientists translate the language of the whales. (Humanx)

2201: The Jaril Race was discovered by other starfaring races, fewer than 50 Jaril remained alive. (GURPS:Aliens 3/e)

2366: The Banduch was first met, but the race's intelligence was ...

2409: The "PsyperDrive" process/technique is discovered/perfected. (with the help of Professors Haley and Silverman)

2546: The Mercenary Regulatory Agency is established and organized.

2570: The Galactic Survey Service is founded.

2595: The Special Justice Group is organized.

2622: The Alliance Security and Intelligence Agency is founded and organized.

2628: The Alliance Office of Colonial Affairs is started.

This was all being run BEFORE SJ Games got the rights to TRAVELLER.

I basically was trying to blend together bits of different settings with stuff that was mentioned in GURPS:SPACE at the time. This was around 1989 to 1992 that I was doing these games.

 Just found my old campaign notes while cleaning and tidying up around here.

The players of the 3 or 4 sessions I ran were adventuring in the 2650s timeline-wise.

The Pilot & Owner of the ship was a young 22 year  old NPC that I created. The players were her crew that she hired. They were supposed to both help her make a profit - and teach her skills about the merchant life and operating starships.

 Her Fatheer was the head of a megacorporation shipping line that spanned many star systems. He expected his kids to actually PROVE they could make a profit before he would let them have a job with his company . SO, the players figure if this girl thinks highly of them after 6 months to a year ...AND they make a profit - then they gain a powerful patron in her father's Intersteller shipping company. (and her father's goodwill)
