A long time ago someone posted a thread on this website where they wrote up a bunch of countries and factions for Rifts with flags and all. I'm about to start running a Rifts campaign and that setting popped into my head.

I can't find it through the search function. I don't suppose anyone remembers the thread?

Google can search sites directly with the site:therpgsite.com keyword.

Comes up with those same two links though, in the first four pages or so.

Those links look like what you were asking for, but you may also want to check out Pete Overton's old "Quality in Rifts" series, now archived here.

I'm going to go through my old Rifts posts this weekend and then relaunch the blog for a weekly posting schedule--Saturdays, Central Time--after that.  Time to get back to doing that.

Hey, that's really cool. I subscribed to Pete's old Quality In Rifts mailing list. Some great ideas back there. And his essays are great.

I'm saddened to learn of his passing; he was a very nice guy.
