This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

There's a load of old Storyteller games out there that would benefit from conversion to the nWoD system.  Trinity and Aberrant leap to mind - as does Orpheus

Now I've got a 3/4 finished conversion to Aberrant that I could post.  Would anyone else be interested in this? Should I just start and see if anyone else jumps in?

Knightcrawler

Knightcrawler

"I Am Become Death, Destroyer Of Worlds"

Technicolor Dreamcoat

Isn't Trinity made with its own kind of Storyteller system?

I don't know the nWoD, though (except from tidbits), so I couldn't help you.
Any dream will do

Yeah, but it sucks

Not really, but once you've played the new Storyteller system you never want to go back.  For example, instead of four handfuls of dice being rolled every time you want to shoot someone, it's only one handful

I would be extremely interested in this.  I like the new WoD system and I am running and Aberrant game based on the old rules.  I wanted to convert it but didn't have time before the game start to hash it all out.

I'd mine Exalted2nd for ideas, since it descends from the Aeonverse ST system and also gets rid of a lot of rolls. Plus it supports some more extreme powers.
