This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Got d6 Star Wars RPG but . . .

30th anniversary edition arrived today.  My kids were psyched.  I knew I ordered one book of two (missing the sourcebook).

What do you recommend as a site, book, file, etc. for basic equipment, ships, and vehicles?  Help is appreciated, but I want to keep it simple.

OK, there is a shitload of material at these websites. not all of it will be for the 1st edition of Star Wars d6, but it is easy to convert from 2nd edition to 1st edition.

The Rancor Pit Library of Fan-Made Supplements: This is mostly fan-made, so some of it is great while some of it is crap. However, the guys at the Rancor Pit know their Star Wars shit and have removed most of the garbage.

RPGgamer.org: If the stats are not here, then they probably never existed in the first place. Also mostly fan-made, but crap has been edited out.

Wookiepedia: It is overloaded with ads, but this is THE largest repository of information on anything Star Wars on the internet.

Hope that helps. I'll be glad to answer any questions and I'm sure that others here will do the same.

All you need is the sourcebook.

I've been running my star wars campaign for 3 years with just the info from those two books.

Here is why this forum tends to be so stupid. Many people here think Joe Biden is "The Left", when he is actually Far Right and every US republican is just an idiot.
