All I've got is the Insects from Shaggai crossed with one of the deadworlds from AFMBE and a possible serial killer story but I don't know whether to use the Tcho Tcho or Ghouls as antagonists.

A cult is manipulating a corporation, inducting members, threatening their families, to get the to build a oil platform somewhere strange over the ocean.

The cults goals are to drill down to their dark, dreaming god and free him (or her) whichever one you'd like to bury under oceanic rock

It's up to the investigators to catch the cult's activities and expose them to the public.
