This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Any news about BRS "Pendragon in France"?

I am excited for this! I'll buy it for sure but sadly, like Pendragon I doubt I will find players for it. Nobody in my area is into much besides Pathfinder.

Are the rules going to be in English or in French?

The sources I used are mainly French, but the game will be in English.

Is this being published by Chaosium, Nocturnal or someone else?

By Nocturnal.

I'm not sure France had conquored Toulouse at that time. Maybe it's best to call Vidal an Occitan troubadour?

Indeed.

Quote from: Ruben;822316Hello all,

It's been a while, but the ball's rolling : Roderick Robertson is doing a good editor's job, the illustrators are at work and the final text is being revised. The bare text version is about 350 pages. Publication should be for the end of this year. The title has been changed from "Paladin" (too AD&D) into a more poetic one.

Cheers,
Ruben

Wow, that's a blast from the past! I'm glad to hear that this is actually still happening, after 3 years.
