This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

you know what I think the worst part is?  Most of these people who are lambasting Zak and Pundit supported Duck Call Lass, and she actually raped someone*.  The hypocrisy knows no bounds I guess

*according to the victim and all of the witness who were there and saw it anyway
D&D is not an "everyone gets a ribbon" game.  If you\'re stupid, your PC will die.  If you\'re an asshole, your PC will die (probably from the other PCs).  If you\'re unlucky, your PC may die.  Point?  PC\'s die.  Get over it and roll up a new one.

Who's Duck Call Lass? I ask because I've kind of changed my mind about Zeea about Dnd at least and I count Library Lass as a friend even though her and I don't agree on much. So please tell me they aren't who you named.

used to be Camille ora snow or something like that.  M to F pre-op TG (I think that's the right terminology). Had a kickstarter focusing on women's rights RPG, with all kinds of people giving her money.  Then the victim and and all the witness came out saying it was BS she was making money on women's rights after having raped someone.

so I find it ironic that so many SJW against pundit and Zak support her.  In Zeea's defense and credit, she's one of the few who has called out that bullshit

Cool. I'm happy my "real people" radar is still working.

Quote from: Sacrosanct;764135Pundit's one of the biggest narcissists I've ever seen, but I can't argue that much with his gaming ideas.  So who cares what his attitude is like.  I'm not gaming with him.  What actually impacts me is any influence he had on the design.

With Zak as a contributor though, I expected to seem some pornstars.  Where's my titties in the game!

That was a joke, by the way.

Does this mean we'll get a DP feat?
Bigby's quivering 455 to mouth?
Wench of holding?
Each level you gain a feat, increase a stat or double your girth?

Paging Old Geezer, we need more dick jokes.
I play these games to be entertained... I don't want to see games about rape, sodomy and drug addiction... I can get all that at home.

I'd say pussy jokes but OG wouldn't have a clue. You sure about your request BG.?

Aww, thanks. :D

I can't name any transgender supporters of hers off the top of my head, and she's persona non grata on several social justice discussions sites. Most of the people you generally expect to get personally upset about social justice issues aren't big fans, to put it mildly.

Is that good or bad? Because your gender or sex preference is no business of mine unless I ask personally (I did and I'm confident it's ok with her that I can talk about it). So I feel it's ok to support both of you even though our game tastes are very different concerning Dnd. I am looking for it to be a non-issue. Either game or theorycraft. They're not inclusive to me.

"Hers" refers to DCL, not LibraryLass, who is cool. :)

EDIT: To clarify, I thought you were wondering if I was a DCL supporter because I'm out as transgender and she's made a big deal about her LGBT status in two Kickstarters. I don't care if DCL makes games, but I wish she'd stop trying to brag about her LGBT cred.

I missed that you mentioned LibraryLass and don't know a lot about her, or anything about whether she's cisgender or transgender, and wasn't including her in that. :)

Quote from: Snowman0147;764143I love the fact that Zak got a bit of a revenge against RPGnet.  They ban him and now he help create the very edition that flat out ignored the forum site.
Even better, it's the edition that explicitly stated that all genders, human racial types, sexualities and so on are represented in the D&D cosmos, which shows that you can care about real social justice issues and still see RPG.net as a festering douche hive.
I am no longer posting here or reading this forum because Pundit has regularly claimed credit for keeping this community active. I am sick of his bullshit for reasons I explain here and I don\'t want to contribute to anything he considers to be a personal success on his part.

I recommend The RPG Pub as a friendly place where RPGs can be discussed and where the guiding principles of moderation are "be kind to each other" and "no politics". It\'s pretty chill so far.

Cool. I'm not familiar with the exact terminology you'd have to ask her. Given I give a fuck and she's happy with who she is as far as I know.:)

I'm just straight female and assumed she was until she explained different which actually surprised me to be honest.

Which, y'know, probably should've already been obvious to all the white sweaterglasses yelling at this particular Jew for ruining gaming by playing D&D with the two handicapped women, three immigrants, five men and women of color and the dozen-odd bisexual girls, but it's a complicated world.
I won a jillion RPG design awards.

Buy something. 100% of the proceeds go toward legal action against people this forum hates.

Pretty sure that's not what people were yelling at you for, Zak.

One Horse Town

As amusing as butt-hurt is to watch in action, let's just talk about the fucking game and stamp our own identity on the new edition of the game.

RPGnet is already thought of as obsolete as far as the new edition of the game is concerned, so let's make this site the one that people come to after WotC or ENWorld.
