Title: Daredevil Adventures worth picking up?

Is anybody here familiar with Fantasy Games Unlimited's Daredevils RPG? I'm not particularly interested in the rules set, but I was wondering if the quality of the setting and scenario material is good enough to justify picking them up as sources for pulp games in general. Any books in particular you would recommend? I'm looking for ideas, maps, locations, NPCs, etc. to put to use in my own stuff, rather than for the complete scenarios.

Yeah, I even ran it once.  The adventures are decent, the rules are, well, okay but decidedly on the complex FGU game side.  IRRC Daredevils is basically Aftermath lite.  But yeah, the adventures are really worth the "not 10c"

Possibly one of my favourite game systems of all time and I used to run huge 24 hour games with 12+ PCs.
I don't really use premade adventures though.
If I recall they were okay if a little prosaic but there was stuff in there to cull and use for your own. However the trappings like maps etc aren't great, functional but not great, so you are probably better off just ripping off the plot of a movie or what not if you aren't useing the rules.
The game is one of those that look complex but is simple in play. So its just a d20 target skill based system. The skills however are computed on a % basis then divided by 5 this is linked to the character development mechanic where the % numbers increase.
Its not as "fantasic" as some pulp games so its more a cross between Noir and pulp if you will and if I recall the adventures reflect that.

I also loved Daredevils. I picked up the adventures. I used whatever pulpy or espionage-y scenarios I could find. In fact, it seems like a lot of them were cross-statted back then. My favorite system was Mercenaries, Spies, and Private Eyes, which is particularly easy to adopt material for. I'd agree with the comments above that having an adventure statted for Daredevils is definitely worth it when playing Daredevils, but the parts of the adventures you'd swipe for other games are pretty pedestrian.

From some of the previews on DTRPG I somehow got the impression that there's plenty of fun floorplans and maps in the adventures. Just wondering how accurate that impression is.
I'm not really looking to use the Daredevils rules/stats as I have a couple of fine other games I prefer to use for pulp. So I guess I'll pass after all.
